These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OIStride Academy website, programs, and related services (the "Services"), operated by OIStride Ltd ("OIStride," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Nigeria.
By creating an account, enrolling in a program, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
OIStride Academy provides live, cohort-based, practice-led training programs in project management, product management, and AI-powered building, along with related career-coaching services. Programs are delivered through live weekly sessions, pre-read materials, case studies, and direct facilitator access, as described on each program's page at the time of enrollment.
We may add, modify, or retire programs over time. The specific curriculum, format, and duration of a program are as described on that program's page when you enroll.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and enroll in a program. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account, unless that loss resulted from our own negligence.
5.1 Pricing. Program prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) at the time of enrollment. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your enrollment, regardless of any price changes made afterward.
5.2 Payment Methods. Payments are processed securely through Paystack. OIStride does not directly store your card or bank details. That information is handled entirely by Paystack, subject to Paystack's own terms and security practices.
5.3 Payment Plans. You may choose to pay in full at enrollment, or via a 70/30 installment plan: 70% of the program price is due at enrollment to secure your seat, and the remaining 30% is due at the start of the program's second month. If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, we will attempt to contact you, and continued access to the program may be affected (see Section 6).
5.4 Cohort Selection. You select a specific cohort (start month) at enrollment. Enrollment secures your seat in that specific cohort, subject to Section 7.
All OIStride programs are final sale. We do not offer refunds once a seat is secured, whether you have paid in full or made only the initial 70% deposit.
If you are unsure whether a program is right for you, we strongly recommend booking a free consultation before enrolling, so you can make an informed decision before any payment is made.
If you have an outstanding installment balance and do not pay it by the due date, we will follow up directly to understand the situation. We reserve the right to restrict access to live sessions or program materials for accounts with an overdue balance, at our discretion, after attempting to reach you.
We do not currently offer a formal, self-service process for switching cohorts or deferring your enrollment to a future date. If something comes up that prevents you from attending your selected cohort, contact us directly at oistride12@gmail.com or via WhatsApp, and we will consider your situation on a case-by-case basis. We are not obligated to accommodate a cohort change or deferment request, and no refund applies regardless of the outcome (see Section 6).
You agree to participate in live sessions and any associated community spaces (including WhatsApp groups) respectfully and professionally. OIStride may remove you from a program's community spaces, and restrict your access to live sessions, if your conduct is disruptive, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate, without a refund.
All course materials, curricula, case studies, templates, and other content provided as part of a program remain the property of OIStride. Enrolling in a program gives you a personal license to use these materials for your own learning. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly share, or use them to create a competing product or service.
Where a program includes a certificate of completion, it is issued upon meeting the completion requirements described on that program's page (such as attendance and submission of required work). OIStride determines in its own judgment whether completion requirements have been met.
The Services rely on third-party providers, including Paystack (payments), Calendly (scheduling), and WhatsApp (community access). OIStride is not responsible for outages, errors, or issues caused by these third-party services, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist if something goes wrong.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OIStride's total liability to you arising from these Terms or your use of the Services is limited to the amount you actually paid to OIStride in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. OIStride is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or business opportunity.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, such as liability for fraud or willful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
