This Privacy Policy explains how OIStride Ltd ("OIStride," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you visit our website or use our Services.

• Account information: full name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number, password (stored securely, never in plain text)
• Enrollment information: which program(s) you've enrolled in, cohort selection, payment plan chosen, payment status
• Payment information: handled directly by Paystack, our payment processor. OIStride does not receive or store your full card or bank account details. We receive confirmation of payment and a transaction reference from Paystack.
• Communications: messages you send us via contact forms, email, or WhatsApp, and any information you provide when booking a consultation via Calendly
• Usage data: basic information about how you use our website (such as pages visited), collected automatically

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• create and manage your account
• process your enrollment and payment
• send you emails related to your enrollment (confirmations, payment reminders, program updates)
• add you to the relevant cohort community (e.g. WhatsApp group) once you've enrolled
• respond to questions you send us
• improve our website and Services
• meet our legal and regulatory obligations

We do not sell your personal data.

4. Who We Share Your Information With

We share information with the following third-party service providers, solely to the extent needed for them to provide their service to us:

• Paystack: payment processing
• Supabase: account authentication and enrollment records
• Resend: sending transactional emails (confirmations, reminders)
• Calendly: consultation scheduling
• Vercel: website hosting

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how they handle data on our behalf. We do not share your information with any other third party for their own marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and enrollment information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, accounting, and record-keeping purposes.

6. Your Rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA), and where applicable other privacy laws, you have the right to:

• request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• request correction of inaccurate data
• request deletion of your data, subject to our legal and operational obligations (for example, we may need to retain payment records)
• withdraw consent for optional communications, such as our newsletter, at any time

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including secure password storage and encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website uses a small number of cookies necessary for core functionality, such as keeping you signed in. We do not currently use advertising or marketing cookies.

Our Services are intended for users 18 and older, or younger users enrolling with a parent or guardian's involvement and consent (see our Terms of Service). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate consent.
