User vs customer, segments, personas & the 80/20 rule. Qualitative & quantitative research: interviews, surveys & observation. Turning customer feedback into validated product insight. Applied work: Design A User Research Exercise.

Problem Discovery, Validation & Market Analysis

Framing problem statements & separating symptoms from root problems. Validating assumptions with evidence, not opinion. Market & competitive research, and assessing real opportunity. Applied work: Validate A Real Product Problem.

Product Vision, Strategy & Business Model

Product vision vs strategy vs roadmap, and why the difference matters. Value Proposition Canvas & Business Model Canvas. Setting product goals, KPIs & OKRs that connect to business strategy. Applied work: Develop A Product Strategy.

Solution Discovery, Ideation & MVP

Moving from problem to solution: ideation, design thinking & validation. What an MVP actually is, and the most common ways teams get it wrong. Designing MVP experiments with clear learning objectives & success criteria. Applied work: Design An Mvp Experiment.

Product Requirements & Product Design

Structuring a PRD that teams can actually build from. Writing user stories, epics & acceptance criteria that hold up under scrutiny. Working with design & engineering: feasibility, trade-offs & ambiguity. Applied work: Write A Prd & User Stories.

Prioritization, Backlog & Product Planning

Prioritization frameworks: MoSCoW, RICE, Kano & Value vs Complexity. Managing a healthy backlog: epics, features, bugs & technical debt. Release planning around outcomes, not just output. Applied work: Prioritize A Product Backlog.

Agile Delivery, Scrum & Stakeholder Management

Yes. You can pay in full, or use the 70/30 installment: 70% before resuming to secure your seat, and the remaining 30% at the start of your second month.
