Agile Project Management

An 8-week, live cohort covering Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, with real project simulation from initiation to delivery.

What You'll Walk Away With

Real capability, not just notes

  • Run a live sprint in Jira: backlog, estimation, sprint boards, and burndown reporting.
  • Build and defend a project schedule under real constraints: scope cuts, budget pressure, shifting stakeholders.
  • Lead stakeholder and risk conversations through case studies drawn from real cross-industry scenarios.
  • Walk into a PM or Scrum Master interview able to speak fluently about tools, frameworks, and trade-offs.
